Prize Fund Distribution
When prizes are awarded on a pari-mutuel basis, it means that their value depends on how many tickets have been sold and how many winners there have been in each tier. View more information about Pari-Mutual and how it works
Out of every €2 spent on a Eurojackpot ticket, 50 percent (€1) is allocated to the prize fund.
Eurojackpot prizes are calculated using the following percentages for each prize tier:

**The remaining 9 percent of the Eurojackpot prize pool goes to the Booster Fund, which is a reserve fund to guarantee the minimum jackpot of €10 million. If the Booster Fund exceeds €20 million, any extra money is diverted into the jackpot for the next draw.
