A German player from Baden-Württemberg who scooped a €32.6 million Eurojackpot prize on Friday 13th November has come forward to claim their incredible windfall. The winner, one half of a married couple, bought their life-changing entry in Heilbronn.

The ticket holder matched the winning numbers of 19, 23, 26, 27 and 49 with Euro numbers 3 and 10 after purchasing €14 worth of tickets. As the winner’s partner typically checked all the Eurojackpot entries they purchased at the end of each month, two weeks passed before the couple realised they were now multimillionaires! They had heard the news that someone in their area had won all while the winning ticket was sitting in their home. Speaking to lottery officials, they said that they weren’t sure what to do with the money right away, but that they definitely intended to give back to their local community.

In the same draw, another player from Slovakia matched five main numbers and one Euro number to win €1,406,004. Have a look at the Eurojackpot Results page to view full prize breakdowns from the game on Friday 13th November as well as all recent draws.

Germany has the largest number of Eurojackpot winners, with nine players pocketing the top prize since the game began in March 2012. Finland, which hosts Eurojackpot draws in its capital, Helsinki, has seen eight players win the jackpot. In third and fourth place are Denmark and Slovenia, both with two jackpot winners each. Visit the Participating Countries page to learn more about each of the 17 countries that take part in the game.

The top prize for Eurojackpot has been rolling over ever since the German player turned Friday the 13th into a lucky day, and now the draw for Friday 4th December will feature a rollover jackpot worth €18 million. You can buy tickets online or from authorised retailers in participating Eurojackpot countries. Good luck and have fun!
