Eurojackpot Reaches €82 Million after 10 Rollovers
Friday evening’s draw saw the Eurojackpot top prize go unclaimed for the tenth straight week, resulting in the jackpot rolling over to an estimated €82 million ahead of this week’s draw. However, the draw did prove successful for five players from Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Germany and Hungary, with each securing prizes of €417,118 for matching five main numbers and the one Euro number and only narrowly missing out on a €70.5 million windfall.
The winning numbers were 6, 14, 20, 26 and 46, with 2 and 4 appearing as the Euro numbers. In addition to the biggest winners on the night, there were four more winners from Denmark, Finland, Germany and Norway, each of whom walked away with a reward of €184,023 by matching all five main numbers. A further 926,926 Eurojackpot fans were successful in their efforts, with each player winning a prize worth between €8 for matching two main numbers and one Euro number and €4,159 for matching four main numbers and both Euro numbers. With no players able to win the latest jackpot total, all eyes will now turn to this Friday’s draw when Eurojackpot enthusiasts will play for the second-largest top prize in the game’s history. Should the prize go unclaimed for an 11th week, the total will more than likely hit the €90 million jackpot cap, an event that has only occurred once since the lottery came into existence in March 2012. Any potential winner, be it this week or next, won’t only see their life change considerably thanks to a massive injection of cash, but will also find fame as one of the largest prize winners Eurojackpot has ever seen.
If you’d like to be in with a chance of scooping this tremendously lavish prize, Eurojackpot tickets can be purchased online or from any authorised retailer in participating countries. Best of luck!
