Berlin Lottery Player Wins €120 Million in Eurojackpot
Against amazing odds, the September 23 Eurojackpot has been won by a player in Berlin. The lucky winner is still to come forward and claim their prize, drawing in speculation.
Beating the 1 in 139,838,160 odds, this is the eleventh jackpot winner this year, making 2025 quite an exciting one for lottery players. This most recent win marks the third lottery jackpot to be awarded to a German lottery player since December 2024. The last Eurojackpot win of €120,000,000 occurred in May and also went to Germany.
Drawn in Helsinki of Finland, this win makes the fourth German overall to win €120 million. The last Eurojackpot was won on August 8th by a Swedish lottery player, who won €36.6 million.
Winning Numbers and Additional Winners
The unidentified winner succeeded in matching all five of the drawn numbers: 7, 18, 31, 32, and 33. They also matched the Euro numbers 10 and 11.
Tuesday’s drawing also had a second jackpot (for matching all five main numbers and one Euro number). This prize went as high as €21,177,159.20 and was won by a player from North Rhine-Westphalia.
Twelve other players were lucky enough to win the third prize category, with €154,155.20 to be paid out in Baden-Württemberg, Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia (4), Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Finland, Sweden (2), and the Czech Republic.
