There was no Eurojackpot top prize winner on Friday 2nd September 2016, but two German players scooped €684,982 each in the Match 5+1 category. Players across Europe will now have the chance to play for €44 million on Friday following five rollovers since another German ticket holder pocketed €84.7 million on Friday 29th July.

The Eurojackpot winning line from Friday 2nd September was 15, 28, 30, 42 and 50 with Euro numbers 1 and 8, and other prizes claimed in the draw ranged from €8.90 for matching two main numbers and one Euro number to €6,198 for matching four main numbers and two Euro numbers. Take a look at the Results section for a full prize breakdown.

The two biggest winners on the night bought their tickets in Hessen and Rheinland-Pfalz, winning enough to live comfortably mortgage-free for the rest of their lives. As well as the multimillion-Euro jackpot on offer in every draw, there are 12 prize additional tiers in which players can win. The Match 5+1 and Match 5 levels both boast average prizes worth six figures, meaning that you don’t have to hit the big one to win an amount that could significantly change your life.

Tickets for Friday’s €44 million draw are on sale now at authorised retailers in each of the participating Eurojackpot nations. Even if your country doesn’t take part, you can play Eurojackpot online from anywhere in the world.
